Welcome
Life can be difficult, messy, and at times completely overwhelming. Anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-worth, relationship struggles, stress, loss, or simply feeling stuck can leave you feeling like you’re just getting through the day rather than actually living.
Therapy gives you the space to stop, reflect, and understand what’s really going on. It’s not just about endlessly talking, it’s about recognising patterns, building self-awareness, and creating meaningful change. I offer a space for honest conversations, without judgement, but also without sugarcoating. I’m not the warm-and-fuzzy, nod-and-smile type. I believe growth comes from being challenged, and resilience is built by facing difficulties rather than avoiding them. Therapy can help you understand yourself, take responsibility where needed, and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and control.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, disconnected, frustrated in your relationships, or unsure of your next step. Sometimes there’s a clear reason, and sometimes there isn’t, you just know something feels off.
Some people come to therapy because life feels heavy. Others come because they know they’re capable of more and want help getting there. Maybe, and this is pure gold, you're just curious about yourself. Whatever brings you here, the goal is simple: to help you live, not just exist.
